How to Order

There are two (2) ways to purchase products on FY Online Store:

1) Cash on Delivery Request (C.O.D. strictly in Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam and Kota Kinabalu area ONLY)

For C.O.D. Request, kindly e-mail us your details to fy.onlinestore@gmail.com. Please copy the example below and put the email title as 'COD Request - Your Full Name'.

Propose Meeting Point/Address (Please Specify Your Area): Contoh Apartment Vista Angkasa, Bukit Kerinchi, KL. Apartment tu bersebelahan dengan LRT Universiti.

Remarks : Contoh Saya prefer delivery time malam around jam 9-10pm. Nanti saya tunggu di depan gate nak masuk ke apartment tu.


**Delivery Charge: RM 3.00

2) Pay Online/Cash Deposit. (Please note that all parcel will be sent directly from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia)

You may follow the steps below and fill up the order form to place your order.

STEP 1 : Choose items.

STEP 2 : Fill up the Order Form

STEP 3 : We will reply your email within two (2) days. We will give you our bank account number (For the time being we only accept payment through Maybank, Bank Islam and Hong Leong Bank) and the amount to be paid.

Please check your SPAM BOX/BOXBE/JUNK MAIL if you still dont get our replies email.

STEP 4 : Please bank in or transfer the payment to our account within two (2) days. If there is no reply from you, your order shall be released without any further notice.

STEP 5 : Once you done with payment. Please email (fy.onlinestore@gmail.com) us your:

** If you use cash deposit payment method, please attach resit picture in your email.

STEP 6 : Once payment is made, item will be sent out within 7 working days. You may check your parcel's tracking number under the Status & Tracking column.
